Funny - when I looked at the picture I was leaning that way. It may well get a run. Traditionally I only build Matchbox kits in Blitzbau.

Thats a good selection of Blitz kits, the Buckeye is simple and only two colours, the Lysander is a loverly plane and the Airfix Gnat is a pleasure to build just watch out for the intakes and the slipper tanks as they both need care.

If I had to pick one , like Mike I would pick the Lysander because I'm sat only a mile away from the Yeovil Westlands factory where they were built.

Well Herr von Blitz I think it would take a brave man to try and blitz that B747, though four engined planes have been done in the past I think. My fave for this one would have to be the Lightning.

Some great choices there but I would have to go with the Lightning. A classic British jet.

The T for Two (T2) is my suggestion. After all it was a Matchbox original.

I've Blitzed the Buckeye and it's a good one to do. I don't think we've had a helicopter Blitzed and I think you might struggle with that. The Walrus needs a lot of work. But then again you don't want anything too simple.
So on that basis - the Harrier.

We've had 1:144, 1:72, 1:48 & 1:32 aircraft. We've had a boat, some armour, a car but no helicopter.

Is anyone up for that challenge?

A chopper has in fact been successfully blitzed. Flakmonkey did an Airfix Gazelle in last Feb's Blitz. Don't let that stop you though Mike :-D
