Saxon's Academy P-51B 1/72 scale **Completed**

Decided on this kit, to me it has everything required for a Blitzbau, I have built Academy P-51's before and they go together well, familiarity is also a bonus, and is a simple two colour scheme (I will be doing the OD over grey Rebel Queen option).

Looking at starting on Tuesday or Wednesday during the day Australian time.

How do you find the decals? I hear people say they are thick and not the best to work with. Am asking cause there's a few Academy kits I'm interested in.

Never had a problem with the Academy P-51 decals, I have though had issues with the decals for their B-29 Enola Gay, the decals flaked off the kit within a week and I had to scratch them all off and apply new ones. I don't like their wrap around decals though but I hate wrap around decals in general so will be painting the white stripes on this subject.

Funnily enough, that sentence has formed the basis of every Performance Review I've ever had at work

You mean that you have some performance at work to review Mike. I'm not certain about that concept, I'll have to get back to you on that one

The fit looks pretty good. What markings are you planning on doing?
