Good morning all.

I started about an hour ago by picking out more detail with a heavy brown/black oil wash and started to streak some of it but will let it dry a little more before going around the drivers hatch etc.
Overall though I am pretty pleased with it.

In the mean time I will get to work on the tracks as they are not as good as I first hoped they would have been, mainly because I didn't paint the tracks brown first, tried to cut a corner and it didn't work.....

So as recompense I will listen to this tune .....no singing in this just great music..

Thanks OT
The instructions say that you can use ordinary glue on the tracks......don't believe them as the only way to get them to stick is to use super glue and accelerator.
Took a while but managed to get them on.

Phew....next to do will be to add a dust layer then a dirtlayer and then finally weather those tracks....

It would be remiss of me not to play at least one Gary Numan song and this song seems appropriate...

Wow. A masterful job, Mark.

Wow! Your attention to detail, especially during a Blitz, with all that weathering is exceptional. When you get this finished you really must knock up a 'How to weather armour' tutorial for us, Mark.

Thank you all.
It's finished.......
Whilst I was drying the tracks I noticed that they began to lift away from the tank, nothing major but can be seen in the final photos and I will spend a little time properly clamping them and making sure they are completely stuck down.

I think 15 hrs total time was spent on this with about five hrs being actual building, two painting and the rest waiting for glue/paint to dry.

Anyway no more talk here it is.....

I can't belive that's a 24 hour build! It looks fantastic!!
How the heck do you do it?
It looks a lot bigger than it is (ehem) and the weathering is simply perfect! I have no words.
Confused as always, and somewhere in hiding on the Scandinavian peninsula...

That looks stunning Mark, even more so considering the amount of time it was built in. If I didn't know better I'd never guess that had been blitzed. Very well done.

Good heavens, that's really quite something. This would be a great build anyway, that it's done in 24 hours... my flabber is gasted. Well done!
