I don't feel too bad now. So she appears to like electro-pop. Let's see what I can find.....

Going well here despite the appearance of some SPITFIRE parts. Still no kits built. On schedule and then some.

The Tall Vegetarian Wife does not understand terms such as "electro-pop". Try "big square - little square", "Seattle", or "heavy ******* metal" instead. And you wonder why I need to drink.

No matter, for this build has reached a point where really I need the benefit of daylight for the painting to be done. I shall retire to bed and return presently. I shall leave you with a very lengthy but really quite wonderful piece of entertainment.

I see that by going to bed before 2am that I missed some interesting moments. Not to worry because I see the parts of a Sp****re or perhaps even its cousin a Se***re. I'm going to be painting a Sp****re today if anyone is interested.

Anyone?

Anyone at all?

Still didn't actually build anything, due to the very clever method of going out for the day. Pics to follow.

The mystery deepens.

I however have been painting a Sp****re today if anyone is interested.

Is anyone?

Surely someone?

Still going ok here. Nothing built so far.

The Tall Vegetarian Wife has green apple Smirnoff. She seems to think it counts as part of her five servings of fruit and vegetables a day (surely I am not the only one who sees the redundancy in that) and is drinking it most dutifully. I haven't the heart to tell her.

Seasick Steve. Legend. With some unknown on bass.

Going well, Flak.
I hadn't heard of Seasick Steve till he appeared on Top Gear a few years ago. Nice man.
