The last time I tried something like this (way back at the start of the blitz) it damn near beat me. Let's see if I've learned any lessons (bet you I haven't)

Listening to William Shatner's 2004 record, The Has-Been .. yes, it's the one with his cover of "Common People" on it, but beyond that frippery it's one of the most brutally honest, painful and darkest records I've ever heard. Bill looks back at his life and you could cut the regret with a knife. I'm not joking. It's dark. And great. Really, really great.
