I think we can all agree on that.
Still no pictures as my phone is out of juice.
I do have a camera with batteries charged up but cannot fo rthe life of me find the usb lead to connect it to the pooter.
Progress report then:

Progress report then:
- Decals are struggling to stay down on those rivets.
I can't find the stand - although I know where I left it this morning!
The canopy masking came away clean.
Some touching up to do on the demarcation line between the upper camo & the underside grey. Bloody rivets again.

They were indeed yummy.
I found the original image that inspired my build:

Don't be so down on yourself. Last pics looked like it was shaping up nicely.Old_Tonto wrote:

However, the real one in your pic doesn't have a red spinner

True David, it looks orange but could have been red when the conscript airmen painted it. That's my story & I am sticking to it.dwomby wrote:

I am calling this one done as I am sick of rivets - although the Microsol is helping.
I will try to take some glamour shots in the sunshine tomorrow if possible.
I still need to apply a matt coat but I want to wait to see how the decals look tomorrow. Despite the rivets this is a great nostalga kit.
Thanks to Finnski for the decals which I shamefully robbed from his stash which I am 'minding'.
Just realised I should have a clock in the picture. Done in 24 hours even with work.

That looks good from here.
Shame about the decals not setting down properly, sometimes no matter how much microsol you use, they just wont settle. I've had several experiences like that.
Congrats, well done on the job!

Looks great from here and nice to see such an unusual colour scheme and roundels.

I agree with David. It is unusual and it's very nice to see it.
Shame about the decal / rivet situation. We all know what that's like!
As for the red spinner, it was red. It just faded.

Very well done OT, blitzed with work inbetween - it looks fine to me.
