Greg's multi build.

Post by Gregers »

OK. so I'm barking mad. Everyone on here knows it and I've thrived on it for years. I have a few kits to choose from here and I plan on attacking a choice or three of them. Starting pics soon.

All the best.

OK. From the four kits I had in front of me namely, Airfix Mosquito, Airfix Hurricane MK1, Hobbyboss BF109E and JB models M113 ACAV I decided to build all four (Told you I am quite mad). Group sprue shot was taken and I started hacking at the mossie. Did the cockpit and started to close the fuselage halves together and they sort of only fitted where they touched (Which wasn't very many places) so I shoved that aside and started the ACAV, Pics have been taken where I am at with it and will be posted in a few minutes. Starting on the Hurricane and 109 now.

All the best.

Am still hacking the plastic folks. I'm enjoying this. The Mossie is stalled until I get the other three done or am at a stage where I can devote time to sorting the fuselage out and it not jeopardising getting the other three built.
More pics.

You really are quite barking, you know!
I can see you getting the Messer and the M-113 done. If that's the old Hurri Mk.I I think you'll struggle as it needs some proper tidying up. And I can't believe you even contemplated the Mossie!
Quite, quite mad.......

No updates for a while. Maybe the Men in White Coats have carted him away. Or maybe those cheese and onion rolls finished him off :ha:

I think it's the typical multifuncional male error. Only a woman (not me) can multi task! :ha:
You think those rolls were poisoned?

He either fell asleep in an armchair or is so busy hacking on plastic he forgets to keep us entertained
