Yeah, bit late now.

I've got a week off work so I'm still hopeful of finishing on time...

I had similar "Hilarious" "Fun" with the struts on my Freccia... the air turned Ultramarine several times.. and there's plenty o'time for a finish.

I've successfully got the top wing on, I've got all day tomorrow to repaint half the wings around where I've been sticking, unsticking and resticking things, rig it, and decal it. And do the prop. And base it.

Peasy.

Hello, mate.. we're going to grant an extension till close of play on Monday if that helps?.. makes this one-month build an actual 31 days.

Plus, I reeeeally want to see how this one turns out!

Here's the state of play so far - the thing is rigged and some paint is touched up, next up is a coat of Klear to prep for decals.

The rigging is done using knitting-in elastic, about £1.50 for all I'll ever need at my local haberdashers.

Also superglue, CA Activator, a pair of tweezers and a lot of swearing.

That's a great bit of rigging! You make it look so easy.
Confused as always, and somewhere in hiding on the Scandinavian peninsula...

Cheers. That's actually my first go with the elastic, and it's a hell of a lot easier than my previous efforts...

Nice work. I hear the elastic stuff is the way to go with rigging. My LHS didn't have any but now I know where to look....

Well, the Print Scale decals are as fragile and shattery as I remember. I've managed to get the serial number/roundel combo on the sides without too much fuss but all those crosses are going to get masked and painted because they just fracture as soon as you look at them.

Of course, the only reference they've given me is a profile view, so I'm left to guess where the large white crosses, small white crosses, large black discs and small black double-discs are actually supposed to go...

No, I've found a useful online reference suggesting it's white crosses with double-discs outboard on the top wing and white crosses with single-discs outboard on the bottom wing. That'll do for me...
