Whilst Glosters are getting some attention, how goes the Spitty, Andrew?

It needs one more coat of varnish underneath and the Pitot tube and aerial fitting. I hope to wrap it all up tonight! (younger offspring's sleep pattern permitting, and not looking encouraging at the moment, I'm typing this while trying to get him to sleep. Let's just say that getting him to stay in the bed is proving a little challenging!).

Heigh ho! Heigh ho! It's off to the basement lab we go... :-D

It was all action tonight. Everything is stuck on. The only thing I want to do is add a bit of exhaust streaking with pastel chalk.

PS Statin varnish is a mis-prunt. Verry Sorri

Here we are. Finished at last. I decided not to weather it at the moment.

Here it is on the Ikea candle stick stand:

And here is a doctored image ! "Postwar flight over Alderney (Channel Islands)"

Well, that was a fun build and also a pleasure to build along with the few others. It was very useful when building - particularly if you are the slow builder... :-D

Thanks to MJ for devising the format. 8-)

cheers

Andrew

Looks great Andrew and thank you for testing out the concept. How soon do you want to lock this one up?
(I think the Shared Build concept discussion should take place within the Rules and Guidelines thread).

Bruce

Well, you suggested a calendar month in the draft guidelines, - so I'd leave it unlocked until the 1st of November.

That looks very good Andrew, well finished. I think this concept has worked well for the two builds that have taken place so far.

Cheers Shaun. Yes it's worked well so far. We need a few more people to try it now

Subtle Hint!

Cheers

Turned out fantastic Andrew. The exhausts look particularly good, I like the pictures too.
