Wow that is interesting news. I was just reading about the F1 and J2 last night in a book. Thanks for posting that.

Must apologise - a somewhat challenging set of nights left me with not a lot of free time to get on here.

Well I'm not sure, I've done the LM, but not going to do the base, and I havn't done my figures, so I'm a partial I think... but I'm not sure

Anyhow, thanks for suggesting and running this GB Ian, David and thanks for all the knowledgeable comments, I've learned more about the Apollo missions, and had a fun time eating chocolate for the foil of course, oh the sacrifices we have make sometimes

All the best cheers
Jim

Well it is now all over with four completions, I have enjoyed building my 'Eagle' LM and I hope everyone else has also enjoyed their build as much as I have mine. Thanks go to my co-GBL Ian and to everyone who took part.

Well Done, all - a most informative and interesting GB !

If you'll get your final thoughts and pix entered, I'll archive it probably Wednesday evening.

Apologies for not being around for the end of the build - retail IT throws up some interesting challenges around the GMT -> BST time change and so work has been a bit hectic as we had Easter over the same weekend.

We've had some great work in this GB and it's good to see the standards of the finishes. A great shame that there weren't more finishers but we all know how life can intervene at the most inopportune moments.

Thank you to all participants and especially David, who co-led the build.
Well done everyone!
