thanks guys, i was thinking along those lines as well Shaun, before i use it again i might strip it down and give it a good wipe i am also thinking the manufacture has put some sort of lube in so the rubber washers don`t dry out it has a small tube of lube with it so maybe the cleaner did not get rid of that

Very nice. I wonder if I can squeeze a bike model into the build schedule? :roll:

thanks Dazzled and KP i enjoyed building this bike untill it came to the paint work, the second attempt is better but still not good enough, never mind on with the next project
