Why where British car designers never allowed to build anything that cool looking.
I suddenly realise, I've been to Gayden, they did, but the companies did not have the guts to build them. :sad:
I wish, that I knew what was doing!

That and fuel costs ect,add Red Robbo into the deal and we got sod all.Apart from a Mini Metro that is. :ha:

Red Robbo was just a symptom, the real disease at British Leyland was institutionally bad management. As an example look at the early Allegro's, with the windscreen wipers swinging to the left on home market cars. A quick walk around Gayden Motor Heritage Centre and you will see some fabulous prototypes, such as the Mini Micholotti and the Austin Ant, cancelled for often dubious reasons.
I wish, that I knew what was doing!
