poncho power

Post by rednef6 »

here are a couple of Pontiacs under construction.
1963 swiss cheese catalina super duty.
resin 63 Bonneville convertible body from the modelhaus,
amt 62 sd catalina provided the rest of the parts needed.
I drilled the holes in the frame like they did on the real car. 1/25 scale.

and a 1965 catalina 2+2 (what if) super duty.
I used the frame from an amt olds 442 . it was stretched to fit the body.
the engine compartment panels were cut from the olds kit and modified to fit the cats body.
the super duty engine came from the amt 62 catalina kit as well as the exhaust .
I raised the front end to make it look like a super stock.
