i have not been working on the model as much as i would like to have done i have been busy but i have managed to prime the parts, but i am having trouble filling in the side
joint where i have joined the two sides together this is the third time of trying, i fill it with model filler sand it and it looks and feels nice and smooth but when i prime it i can still see the join
here are some pics. of where i am now still got to work on the long side before i can put any colour on

The join in the side panels looks like a job for some stretched sprue, glued into place with liquid poly to melt it in; let it harden for a day or so, and then sand it back
Best wishes

This is interesting and I've never seen one of these VW micro buses stretched like this before. On the full-size, the vehicle must need a fair amount of strengthening in the floor pans and/or sills to prevent any sagging.

i think the full size would have to be strengthened to avoid the floor sagging i have not strengthened the model, i have got some colour on the panels now also the seats have been upholstered
i sanded the ribs of the floor pan because i wanted to flock it to make it look like it has carpets this has also been done, i am now ready to work on the running gear and suspension, also i am ready to put some clear on the body panels
