Brilliant!
Best wishes

If you can walk away from a landing, it's a good landing. If you use the airplane the next day, it's an outstanding landing

Re: Dennis Fire Engine
lovely model brilliant setting a very good job 1/32 scale i cant imagine how small that is as i build in 1/12 or 1/24 so i guess it is about half that size
Re: Dennis Fire Engine
Cheers Syd, the street is 1/35 but they're close enough for me

Re: Dennis Fire Engine
Well done. You've tamed that one and won. Did the kit not fight back at all? I started one once, and the chassis was warped and wheels were all over the shop.... needless to say most of it ended up in bin. A few parts went in spare box. That was a good while ago. I am tempted to try again at some point.

Re: Dennis Fire Engine
Thanks Daz and Chris
I think my chassis was warped too Chris, I had to add some packing between the leaf spring and axle at the near side front to get all four wheels grounded, but apart from that the build was quite good

Well done it looks brilliant.
I know the kit is very old and the red plastic is brittle and a sod to work with, but it's still one of my favourites and a true Airfix Classic.
