Tamiya 1:12 Rover Mini Cooper 1.3i

Cant find a decent review anywhere, does anyone know if this is as detailed as thier 1/12 F1 "big scale) kits?
Ie working suspension, leads etc.
as i have some Amazon vouchers burning a hole in my wallet!

Thier 1/12 F1 kits were to die for but are just too expensive now, i used to buy them when they were about £30 a pop and that was expensive then.

I Bought one of e-bay, have not built it yet, but after having built Tamiya 1/24 Mini I am disappointed with the 1/12 scale. There is no working suspension- only steerable wheels & opening bonnet. There is no wiring/ tubing included at all.

Like yourself I have also built a 1/12 F1 & the detail is a lot more comprehensive on these

Thanks for the info just saved me £50 cheers.

Looks like its gonna have to be the Tamiya swordfish instead, at least i know thats a good kit.
