Revell London bus
Re: Revell London bus
Hi all here's today's bit, first non perfect fitting bit (where the bit beneath the bonnet just won't stay glued I think I will just have to take it off and shave some off the front chassis) it's still an amazingly engineered build.

looking very good, would the bonnet fit if you took the two tangs off underneath the bonnet rather than shave a bit off the chassis
Re: Revell London bus
Hi all here is the next update, all the windows on this have a black rubber surround and it was taking me ages to do them then I had an epiphany they take less than a minuet each now, take a magic marker put on the edge and draw round

Oh wow aren't those magic marker pens handy! Those windows look very realistic with the black sealing and that is developing into one hell of a Routemaster build

Hi all, well the bus is done
Here are the cars for it (I've realised I didn't put the lotus in it) I think it's looking quite busy.

Excellent work on the Routemaster; I like the way you've captured the 'pasted-on' appearance of the advertising on the sides, exactly as the original!
Best wishes
