thanks Nigel i have now finished the bike and it was a joy to build Tamiya have done a superb job with this kit, both the front and rear suspension work, the handle bar levers work, there is a spring on each of the main stand and side stand,i bought a chain kit for this model and that goes round with the rear wheel just like a proper chain, i have also put some leather look cloth on the seat the blue part looks like suede i would have liked it to look like leather but it does`nt look to amiss, it is an impressive model, the parts just fell together the hardest part of this build was deciding which colour scheme to do

A top job, Syd, that really is an excellent build of this kit - so realistic that it looks like I could climb aboard and ride off on an adventure somewhere more exotic than round where I live
Doing - Tamiya 1/35th Universal Carrier.

Work is the curse of the modelling classes!
