Airfix MG Magnette 1933 1/32

Post by iggie »

This is my first venture into this area of the forum other than to comment on others excellent work
After a lengthy build of the USS Iwo Jima I fancied something a little less involved and a bit different. I have always liked MGs and have owned four ZTs over the last 10 years or so, although I would love to drive something like the Magnette!
The build was OOB except for a small length of lead wire painted copper from the fuel tank and some tin foil painted red as the top strap for the spare wheel

I've seen this on your WW thread, Iggie but it is worthy of additional comment here I feel. A great build of this classic British sports car. Despite being a car and motorcycle enthusiast of many years' standing, I have never built either in model form!

Thats a great build in such a small scale. I could never do that. Great finish on a classic car.
