Has anyone got any pictures of the scania engine used in this bus? As I am building the later version from the 1990's. I can't find anything online. :???:

i am enjoying this kit but it is a challenge as my 2 main hates in modelling (repetition and decalling) are here in abundance

Fantastic build mate, I've enjoyed watching this build, but the name "Route master" sounds a bit like a Giggalo from a seventies movie. :)

Contrast between the interior and exterior reds....all are Halfords spray cans...
Interior is Citroen Venetian Red over red primer.
Exterior is Audi Bright Red, again over red primer.
Cream is Ford Ivory White over white primer

i have enjoyed this kit, its took a while i just haven't had the time this year.
Revell really do need applauding for this it is an excellent kit great detail out of the box but like Merlin says some aftermarket add ons are long overdue.
i would build another though.

very nice assembly (neater than mine) - i am having dinner tonight with a mate who drives coaches - he is considering buying one of these for about £32K for weddings and promo stuff..

good value i would think but then its running one - very limited mpg and parts and servicing would be through the roof one would guess.
but if looked after i would think it would always hold its value.

Looking like a bus, albeit a very nice bus, Rono.
I expect another half dozen will be appearing soon! ;-)
