The wheels are just test fitted here, for effect. But you can see where it's going. The tricky thing with this build is that basically you're making a set of "metal" parts, and then fitting them together, so there' not much to show until it all starts to come together finally. It's not that far away, honest...

I feel that you could make a clock out of all those bit's with a set of alternative instructions.

Apologies for the flood of photos after the famine, but as I said, there's really a lot of un-photogenic painting of bits, and then you put it all together quite quickly...

I'll take some proper pictures when the weather lets me step outside for a few minutes in daylight...

So, the big question... should I apply some gentle weathering, as if it was a functional scale model machine that runs, or leave it pristine? Votes?
