34 Ford Street Rod

Post by jssel »

Following TimJ's successful Blitz of this kit, I thought I would give it a go.

It is the Revell snap-tite 34 Ford. Overall finish is with Testors square bottles of Blue Metallic overall and Testors Green Metallic mixed 50-50 with the blue for the tops and fenders. I do not feel comfortable building cars and feel way outside my depth to do one. But this one was different somehow. The ease of the build was a huge help.

That looks just great, Jeff. Lovely colour and just the right degree of shiny for me. Careful, though... It's a slippery slope: I can't remember the last 1/72 aircraft I built!

Bestest,
M.

The colours are superb, they blend in to one another.
