Haha yeah.. Blitz.. I'm not sure it will happen but will see how far I come. Luckily it's a one color scheme.
I do not have a drill, so made this hole with a knife. Got the camera lens in place, there's some fine little detail on them, but not easy to see. I would never have gotten the camera lenses off the "sprues" if it wasn't for my very nice saw cutter. Took forever to saw through. Thick stuff!
Several bulges needs to be removed, here's I've sanded away three, one left. A tedious and boring job. Camera lenses in place here to, same as above, made holes with knife. As long as the holes look round I'm pleased.
Finally got the fuselage together. Not easy with these MPM kits, no pin holes, and fit is so so (but nowhere near as bad as the fit on MPMs Fairchild I'm building, you'd think the wings belonged to a different kit!). I was thinking of using superglue but found it easier to use normal glue, put it together, on with clothing pegs and then adjust. Hopefully any half wont move while drying. Also had remove lots of the cockpit sides/bits for the halves to fit.
Camera houses and new bulges in place. I didn't put the lenses in here as they are very tall and I would have sanded them lots to fit. No patience for that, I will put some clearfix over the holes.
Gonna have some dinner and then a beer to follow me for the next build stage.
Confused as always, and somewhere in hiding on the Scandinavian peninsula...
