Looking like a fine Spitfire to me Ralph. Nice work.

All the best.

Those Cannon barrels roots are a real pain - lets hope someone brings out a nice set of metal gun barrels to replace them...

Nice work, looks good to me.

I ordered a set of resin replacements from Quickboost. I'll let you know how they work out once they get here. Should be mid-week next.

Good looking Spit.
On second thoughts, let's not go to Camelot. It is a silly place!

Yesterday I got home to a package at my door and I got all excited thinking it was my Quickboost barrels. I opened up the suspiciously large box and inside was some Eduard PE product which I never ordered, and no barrels.

D'AAARGGGHHH!!!!!

Soon I hope, soon.

Ah that's a shame, Ralph. If it helps I got my Quickboost pack today. :ha: :ha:

Ha! :)

Mine finally arrived the other day. The quickboost set is much nicer than the airfix barrels. I still need to do a touch of filling around the roots.
