Looking very neat. For an old kit, it comes up nicely. I did one a couple of years ago, and enjoyed the build.

Latest update below. Got the white almost there now, this has taken about 7 or 8 coats! Hoping to get the stripes done today as I am away for a week from tomorrow so no progress...

Looks good. The invasion stripes were often applied very haphazardly, so perfection was probably the exception rather than the rule!

Built this kit in the same markngs a while ago and it may not be a new tool it is a very good one and is my kit of choice for the early Merlin Mustang, your model looks great, looking forward to seeing it fully built.

Been away for a bit but yesterday I finally got the decals on! Starting to look the part now and the end is in sight.

Great work! The part chord wing stripes certainly give a different look. Certainly a nice Mustang to have in your collection.
