Dais Bushie

Post by DHDrover »

I will be building the Showcase 1/35 Bushmaster in ADF colours.
I have uploaded several photos of the kit and some actual pictures of the Bushmaster in action which I will display when Photobucket lets me.
The model will end up as part of a dio. with an ASLAV Phase 3, a 1/16 figure, several 1/35 figures and a 1/72 helicopter.

That's an Emu trained to recognize IEDs running alongside the Bushmaster as an outrider!

Only takes one inch of trigger and it's the...err...protected Emu for the stewpot, wonder if they taste like Ostrich?

Nice to see a bit of man-sized 1/35th building in this GB  and an interesting bit of modern equipment it is too.
Doing - Tamiya 1/35th Universal Carrier.

A story on last nights news here was on the completion of the 1000th vehicle by the manufacturer Thales. It also made mention that 3 had been in IED attacks with no casualties to any crew. A comforting thought for those who travel in them.
