There's a very nice stewardess in the Airfix DH Heron kit that could look suitably nurse-ish (if you've got one in the stash).

Looking good with some colour on it. You could overcome the wonky chassis by placing the patient and (Buxom) nurse on the one side. ;-)

Good progress, Katy's starting to come together now with a bit of paint on.

She'd have to be Barbara Windsor then... :ha:

I've redone the paintwork a bit this afternoon, and smoothed over a few ugly bits. I had to reprime a couple of areas, so another top coat will be needed. Then the wheels can go on, decals and a bit of weathering can then be applied.

Progress has been painfully slow due to Real Life. I doubt that I'll get the figures sorted out by the end of the GB, but I hope to get Katy finished...

I feel your real life pain  Hopefully we'll get to see Katy in her completed glory!

She's looking a bit trapezoidal unfortunately. Escher does Airfix...

Exam marking is going well, so I might get a bit of time off. We have a heatwave here. Much too hot to go out!

Katy is looking great from here Andrew - are all of her wheels not touching the ground in unison though?

Decals on. Nice Cartograph ones, no trouble!

Mudguards and weathering to come, as I desperately try to finsih this by the end of the month. I've had to forget the figures for the moment.

Thanks Neil. I've remembered the mushroom vents on top of the roof need to go on. The front also needs detailing a bit, and I need to add the folding steps at the rear, plus the mud flaps. The insides of the rear doors also need a repaint.

cheers
