We should do another one of these GBs next year, it's fun to do a little "What if" silliness now and again. :)

First of all, please allow me to apologise for not being around for the last few days. 7 x 12 hour days in the office really cut down on my internet and modelling time. Then it was catching up with family, housework, shopping and all the other stuff you need to do after, essentially, not being home for a week. I'm going to go through all the threads now to catch up!

As for next year, I have suggested 'April Foolishness' in another thread discussing GB ideas for next year. This might turn into an annual event, like the Blitz's.

I got a kick out of it, I would be up for that.

I'm sure I can think of new stories too!

Thank you to all the participants in this GB. You've all helped to make this a successful and very interesting build with some great ideas and some fantastic finishes. Odd that all the builds were completed in pre-1945 schemes (with the exception of Stuarts Starfighter and Splash's Seahawk). Does this mean that more modern paint schemes are not as interesting? It was also good to see some completed kits being recycled as well as new and part built kits in the mix.
I will definitely be building more like this, as it adds an extra Je ne say qua (completely incorrect spelling, but who cares) to the finished items.

Thanks once again and I intend to have another one next year too!
