Re: The Blitzbau House is back ** Awake **
Brekky was great & I have often wondered what the long term health effects of a Blitzbau might be.
It wouldn't be the same with a salad though.
Cosmic has called it a day with the Beriev as he has lost the canopy!
This is as far as he got:
He has gone home for a little nap. I swear that man is a cat.
The mustang decals are on & soaked with MicroSol to try & get them to sink down into the panel lines.
The decals behaved very well. Now on with the prop & U/C.

Sorry OT for missing out. Been rather busy, also today. But great progress, great food, minus that parmo thingie that well.. I'm sorry but it just doesn't look good. Perhaps I should try it when I'm in London?
Your breakfast looks healthier than mine, I'm having pizza leftovers.
The models are coming along great as well.

Re: The Blitzbau House is back ** Awake **
No problem Sissel, your absence was noticed. I don't know if you can get Parmo's in London, they are all a bit girly down there. The Parmo is a Teesside delicacy & we are made of sterner stuff round here, Vikings like yourself.
I am calling this one done.
It will need a coat of matt once everything is dry & maybe a panel line wash.
Overall a very nice kit & I will pick up another one if I can to do the British version.
Thanks for joining in everyone, see you in February.
I am about to have cold Parmo for 2nd breakfast & take a look at my AT-6 kit for the Harvard group build now.
This modelling lark never ends does it?

Looks great! Shame about the bazookas and the Beriev canopy. Still, a worthy blitz and food that would give a cardiologist nightmares for weeks....

Good day guys. Very worthy blitz. Bazooka tubes optional and the canopy just may turn up. Maybe it got swallowed up with all that food.

Great stuff OT, pity about the Be-4 canopy going AWOL and the 'stang bazookas hiding in the Parmo maybe but there you go. Well done to you both. Parmo for 2nd breakfast? jeez you boys up there are made of stern stuff
OT is right Sissel, it's doubtful you'll get a Parmo in London, you can't get them where I am as far as I know and I'm quite far north. I don't think the government will allow them to be sold outside Teeside

Great job on the Mustang OT. Shame Cosmic lost the BE-4's canopy, he's done well to beat it into submission.

Well done, gents. Mrs. Ian left me a list of 'essential jobs' so I missed the end.
A good job on the kits and a great job on the food.
But what happened to the nudity?

Well, we have had complaints in the past - with this being a family friendly forum (try saying that wil a mouth full of Parmo!). We were determined to finish this time too.Ian wrote:Well done, gents. Mrs. Ian left me a list of 'essential jobs' so I missed the end.
