Re: Previous Matchbox kit builds.
Of course, the biggie was our Maurice Landi Tribute GB, back in 2007 (was it really that long ago...?). We had about 35 completions, thinking off the top of my head. Let's see if we can equal that.

Sometimes the talent consists exactly in that: try five dozen times when others stop at three dozen...! (F.Labelle)
I think that modeling is a subtle mix of zen philosophy and absolute crazyness - but in my case I would not dare to specify the respective percentage of each......

I don't think I was a member of this august forum when the Maurice Landi build was on, but I do like building Matchboxes:

Re: Previous Matchbox kit builds.
Here's a few.
This is the most recent, with transfers from a Modeldecal set.
Next most recent, yet still time for part of the aerial cable to breack off - mustfixoneday.
Last of the recents, from the Revell boxing (very poor quality mouldings compared to the original), and having seen a photo of the real beast I've used blue in place of Revell's call for yellow.
Bunch of older stuff:
Paul.

Its not just how good your painting is, its how good the touch-ups are too.
