If you want a scan of the (far less busy) Airfix instructions let me know and I'll provide Toby.

That would be merveilleux if you could. I get dizzy just looking the Heller one
Hi Toby,

I tried to PM you a hi-res copy of the instructions but it told me I couldn't send jpg files or something (???), so I'll have to clutter up your thread with lo-res ones, hope it helps, here goes:

Those are instructions even I could follow. Gotta love the 'easy' Airfix instructions. Less is more. ;-) Allthough I've come across some old (?) Airfix ones that just gives me nightamres.

Your T-6 is looking smooth and nice, Toby. Great work.

Coming along nicely, Toby.

The Airfix instructions make it all so much easier, so glad I got those in my kit :)

Two coats of Vallejo medium yellow so far. Need to sand down the black on nose and re prime and spray again with black and also blue on the bottom of the cowling. Happy days Yellow must be the worst colour to spray with.

Will finish with Xtracrylix RAF Trainer Yellow and gloss varnish. Some way off yet though

Yellow is indeed a difficult color to work with, but I think you've mastered it well.

Great progress, Airframe done and mine isn't even out of the box yet.

All the best.

Tamiya flat yellow did not work out well. Have gone back to Vallejo model air yellow. I hate yellow!

Looking good Toby!

Hoping to get mine masked up and some paint on it later today - just trying to decide which order to do it in :frown: As everyone has said, it looks like the orange is going to be a b***d to use

Some masking done although a few repairs need to be done. What is annoying is the fogging on the canopy which seems to be inside as I can't get all of it off using thinners. Shame as it's probably the first canopy I've got right re fixtures and fittings. Oh yes the compressor has packed up again
