Tell me - did you spray the cockpit glass black and then mask it and apply silver or is it the way the photo has come out?

Looks great! As you found, the canopy fit is excellent - perhaps the best part of the kit. Mine's almost complete as well - it'll be good to see two of these in the Gallery.

Thanks guys, LarryH57 - I spray my canopies the main fuselage colour(s) first and then mask the framing, then paint them black.

A really great job on your 2nd build!

The NMF looks really good and I love your choice of markings, too bad that the rudder decals broke apart but I think you've done a really good job with the hairy stick

Thanks Nigel and Miss Stang, yeah the rudder decal breaking was a pain but I prefer painting stuff like that anyway so it was ok.

I know what you're saying Saxon. Pretty much always with rudder decals, they don't go 'over' the bend, meaning you'll have to paint between both decals.
Clumsily explained but I'm sure you all understand.
Confused as always, and somewhere in hiding on the Scandinavian peninsula...

Understood all too well, actually it is what I wanted to explain but couldn't find the right words so you did better than I would have!
