I was gonna do a Ferrari F40 in smoke rings!!
Honestly, I was. My no.1 helped me design such when we went through my stash list of car models.
Ah come on Fred, that would look great. And you've already had the input from no.1, you can't back down now!

I have an Airfix Aston Martin DB5 lurking at the back of the stash which was given to me by a friend ages ago. I know it has been started (very badly, hence the lurking) but I don't want to dispose of it so would like to use this GB as an opportunity to revive it. Would a part built (5/6 parts only) entry be OK?

I agree with Ian.

An old Mini with red stars would look great.

I dont think we've seen those before.
The Jaguar GR1 should have been in the black/gold JPS scheme; the Lotus of the mid1970s was angular like the Jaguar.

This'll probably be suggested as the follow-up GB!
Al speling misteaks aer all mi own werk..
Its not just how good your painting is, its how good the touch-ups are too.

Had a rummage through the stash today. Too bad I didn't think of this earlier because it would have been AWESOME :-D 8-)

But at this stage in the GB, heading off on vacation in 3 days and with Christmas mayhem thrown in, not a snowball's of getting a build done.

Cheers all for a great GB! And thanks to Narayan for leading it.
I had lots of fun, despite the usual build problems.
I would love to do this again. :)
