An Aston Martin Ulster as SE5a - ** FINISHED **

Post by JohnRatzenberger »

Home at last, I could look in the stash and came up with ....

Here's the usual sprue shots ...

And instructions ....

All well and good, but what's it to be ? Well, I picked it because it is British and has a long exhaust pipe running down the side.

I'll get started shortly, I have to gather a few items and some decals .....

Might it be a Bristol F2B Fighter? That has a similar exhaust pipe:

Whatever it is that's a great choice of car John.

Excellent choice.
That would look good in most Luftwaffe and bi-planes schemes.

Excited to see what you have decided.
Confused as always, and somewhere in hiding on the Scandinavian peninsula...

I've been thinking how best to say this;
[in the voice of Stan Freberg -Yellow Rose of Texas]
You can cover up 'Mini'
You can cover up 'Dodge'
But dont you dare cover up a 'Vintage'

:)
Al speling misteaks aer all mi own werk..
Its not just how good your painting is, its how good the touch-ups are too.

Not a problem, it's the Chinese issue -- I have an original release to be built properly.

I've gotten some work done, not necessarily following the instructions. So far, it goes together very nicely.

I think next is to get the interior painted so I can put it into the body ....
