There is more progress than I am showing, since y'all are still guessing.

I did the "imitation-is-sincere-form-of-flattery" thing with Splash's seatbelt idea and some Eduard PE ...

Image

My only difficulty appears to be some slow-drying paint which could keep me from the next, and possibly revealing, post for a few days. I may have to crack a new tinlet and see if that's any better ....

Looking good, and the seatbelts go with the age of the car nicely.

Very nice and I agree, the style of seat belts really suits the age of the car.

Great seat belts far better than my amateur attempt, they would look good attached to a car with WW1 German lozenge type camouflage.

Regards Splash.
My work bench is starting to look like Portsmouth Naval Dockyard.

Here's the underside of the car - don't know what I did to get such a poor picture.

I'm not following instruction sequence or painting guide at all, but there is a plan.

After I took this I decided to repaint all the black (Hu33) as Hu85.

I am getting close to mounting the body now ....

Agreed on the interior, but what about the exterior?
Any thoughts yet?
Or deliberately keeping us in suspense?
How do you keep an idiot in suspense? I won't insult you with the punchline.

Its not just how good your painting is, its how good the touch-ups are too.
