Sign me up,, I'm not one to miss a chance to build a Whirlybird.

I have an unusual subject that I will let you guess at what it is as I build it.

I will be in with two helicopters. Have nowhere to put them, though. Am all out of space.

Unusual? Very interestesting! Coming from you we know that could be anything. I still remember your unusual blitz subject involving a blue car and sheep. :-D

Ah, this GB brings back the memories from my efforts at being GBL on WB III. No one up for correcting an Airfix/Italeri Apache then? :ha:
Doing - Tamiya 1/35th Universal Carrier.

As much as I would like to take in this, I don't actually have any helicopters to build anywhere!

I will watch how everyone goes though, as I like the weaponry fitted to them.

I'm tempted to join this one even though it might mean breaking my 'finish-two-unfinished-builds-before-starting-a-new-one' rule. Although I could add the coelacanth: 'with the exception of Group Builds' ...

I have a Puma, Gazelle or Bell 47 Sioux pleading with me to be built, all of which were a constant background when growing up as a child at RAF Ternhill in the early 70's which was a helicopter training school at the time.

I would love to join in this one. I've even got my Airfix Chinook next to the bench on standby. Unfortunately the lack of mobility, not to mention pain, in my left arm is making modelling a bit sketchy at the moment so I'm reluctant to commit to another GB straight away. I'm currently plodding along in short bursts with my 1/12th Honda and even that is proving to be a struggle  .

Fortunately the doctor is pretty upbeat and thinks there's a good chance that I'll regain more movement in the next few days, although he does seem worryingly at a loss as to why I can't move my arm in certain directions.

If I can get enough flexibility back I'll join in with something a little smaller.

Fingers crossed :)
