Cheers, David.

First coat of green on. This is such a dream to work with compared to the Puma!

Work to be continued the 28th or so. I should be able to finish within the deadline.

I'm playing catch up with this build, some great work on the cockpit and the exterior painting looks good too. Nice to see you enjoying a bit of real ale - Hobgoblin is certainly worth it if you can get some
Doing - Tamiya 1/35th Universal Carrier.

Work is the curse of the modelling classes!

Looking good. That scheme is the best one worn by a Cobra (in my opinion).
I'm a mostly full-time modeller put a part-time poster....

Thanks guys. It's a good kit. And the canopy fits perfectly too. It builds itself.
Am really pleased how this is going.

The Scarecrow ale was very good!

Have to agree here.

So is my dad. And I love them too. Also have a thing for The Ventures.
Been listening to both quite a lot.

That Ventures drummer must have been able to paint canopy frames freehand, he must have had Iron Man wrists playing that!!!. Thoroughly enjoyed the vid. Models and Music, why can't I meet a girl like that!?!?, course if I left the house once in a while...
Like the Cobra by the way!!.
Hoping to return to modelling sometime this year!!

Canopy been put on. This required trimming at the front as it's just that mm too long to fit. It slips out at little at the nose.
Then I quickly put a coat of light grey on, only to realise I'd forgotton to paint green several places! :frown:
This will not be finished in time as tomorrow is shopping and dining out with the family visiting from Oslo, taking a trip to the city on the mainland. Tuesday is New Years Eve, busy busy!
Work to be continued in my workbench thread.
