Really nice work Splash.

Nice to know about the 48th version too. That's a little nugget to tuck away for a future buying spree ;-)

Neat vid, the second 1/2 withy the Kolibri was great, as opposed to the 1st part being merely fascinating. ;-) I've long had a fascination for this wee jobby & looking at the vid, wow, it could go. :omg

"Drama" I think one of these with the rotors turning would be Drama enough for anyone especially the pilot.
Having seen that video I totally agree, early chopper pilots must have had some size cahooners. ;-)

I have really enjoyed this build, the kit is simple but not one for beginners.

You do have to clean up all of the parts as there is lots of flash and be prepared to have to scratch build some of the parts as the kits parts are very basic, but the end result is a very small unusual helicopter that you don't often hear about.

If I see another for sale I will buy it and build the two seat version.

Looks great Splash, the choice of pilot figure really adds some animation. RS Models do a couple of Fl 282 kits that look pretty nice in the box (I have one of them in the stash):-

Fl 282 B-0/B-2
Fl 282 B-0

Great little build!
The posture of the pilot fit so well.

Brilliant build Splash.
I really must get hold of this kit, looking at the old Aeroplane Monthly articles on the Flettner helicopters there are enough different ones to scratchbuild a small collection
