Don't think so Ian. There is some kebab munching going on up there though. I bet he's gone down the pub.

You're most likely correct, Shaun. Less than 2 hours to kicking out time. I wonder if it'll be pizza or another kebab on the way home.....

After the pub I believe that local tradition in Middlesbrough demands that parmo is consumed :ha:

There is plenty going on chaps including some modelling but mostly I am watching two technophobes try to play an online game together. Talk about a chimps tea party.

The Hurricane is just about ready for a coat of klear.

The windows on the Puma look ok so I have done the same for the other side.

Just working on the wheels & rotors now.

Sorry guys, I can't eat a Parmo after a Kebab. I must be getting old.

Aren't we terrible, assuming that you'd gone down the boozer instead of indulging in a quiet, constructive, hobby? :ha: Those are coming along very well OT. I know absolutely zilch about online gaming, so I know I'm getting old!

I had to sort out Minecraft for the littlest little Ian on Christmas Day. He wanted to play online as opposed on his XBox, so I bought it for him (online) and then had to work out how to get it to play as the laptop was complaining about an environment issue. Luckily I work in IT, so I had no idea how to fix it! Turns out the laptop didn't have Java installed. Downloaded and job done! Brownie points for Dad!
Glad to see you forewent the pub and pressed on with the models.

Yes, I'm sure that's kebab meat, Shaun. Makes me hungry. I'm gonna have some Cognac Cake, then head out for an evening walk. No strong wind for a change.
Hey Prisca, does anything you consume NOT have some sort of alcohol in it!?! :ha: :ha: . I know it can be cold your way but still!!!. Can you walk in a straight line!!. (I'm just joking, this coming from a non-drinker!!, I just like to look down on the boozers!! )
Hoping to return to modelling sometime this year!!

There is no alcohol in the Cognac cake, Marky. It's chocolate layer is made of cognac chocolates (with very little alcohol) plus Norwegian Firkløver chocolate, some of the interior of the cake is made of smashed cognac chocolates from Nidar (the very best!). ;-)

OT, keep up the great work! And that parmo thingie, sorry but I do think it's something I'll never dare to try. As you said yourself in an earlier blitz thread, mighty special, right?

As for online gaming, have you guys tried World of Warplanes? I'm hooked, love it! OT you better not try the game until AFTER the blitz.

You're not alone. Australia checking in for a look. That kebab meat looks good, gone with the salad option too.
I would have piled on the chips. Nice bit of modelling too.

Morning guys, just woke up & only a couple of hours to go. :-|

I started putting the decals on the Hurricane last thing. Unfortunately they are all out of register.

Its a shame because this is the last stage but I am calling a halt on this one. Its heading for the bin but at least its off the bench & I have enjoyed it.

The Puma windows look ok & its wheels are on. That's the good news.
I read the instructions that came with the MAV decals which said to coat them with varnish. So I did this before bed last night, giving it time to dry over night. This is what greeted me this morning.

I am not best pleased.
