I can also update our old CBK SIG tri-fold flier to bring along for folks to take away. I was also wondering if we want a standard template for a description card - logo, model name, modeler name, etc. - to place next to models, and/or something to delineate mini-themes within our 'no-theme' theme. Thoughts?

Paul,

I've just asked a question regarding description cards, which you've asked here as well. What do we want? Time's getting short.

I've made up a template for a small (business card size) card that would have the SIG logo, type, kit/scale and builder's name on it - simple and understated, but it's really up to James in the end. There will be other supporting materials on the tables too - period magazines, catalogues, kit boxes, etc. so it would be great if you have anything relevant you'd like to bring along that relate to your builds.

We could see if we can make up some sub-themes - I know there'll be two other Fireflies for sure, so there's a troika, plus your Beaus and Lysanders, perhaps. A trio of trios....

I hope you have a fantastic show, guys... I'm really sorry to be missing it, and you all, especially. Both Jack and I will be thinking of you over the weekend, and trying not to get too maudlin...

...next year in Telford...

bestest,
M.

Martin, its packed.

I could do with scrounging up some id cards, I've not been able to get any biz cards in less than 1000s and my home made ones look poop. Maybe Paul will have made some blanks of the ones he mentioned?
