Just over half way through this blitz session and there have been some great completions, kudos to all the participants. Alas, I've had to give it a miss, too much work (unlike this time last year) and too little time. I can't see that I'll get the opportunity this session.

I've not done much modeling at all for some time, my builds just seem to keep stalling and getting shunted aside. However, I've been watching the blitz with interest, blitz builds are always good entertainment, and I've been inspired to have another go.

So, in a spur of the moment decision I've just bought a Revell 1/72 Fokker Dr.1, which I plan to start tomorrow morning. It's pretty rare for me to buy and build a kit immediately, they usually fester away in a dark corner long before seeing the light of day, so I'm looking forward to slapping this one together straight away.

Good choice. No rigging few parts. I'll be tuning in.

No rigging, that's what I thought and why I chose it, but it does actually have some rigging, though minimal.

Wow, I managed to quickly put in something!

Also, count me in with my Sr-71 if tomorrow is good.
