That's a big improvement on the kit cockpit, for sure!

Cheers

It's been a challenging but fun build over the last couple of days. General assembly is done and I'm starting the resin bits.

You may notice that I partially rescribed the model. I really did not want to, but my attempt to tame the rivets came out uneven. I ha wiped surface detail almost down to nothing in some areas, so I decided to rescribe the major lines. It was not fun.

You are a better man than I.
On second thoughts, let's not go to Camelot. It is a silly place!

A last minute update. I probably will not finish in time, but I'm at the priming stage.

Do you normally prime with red??
Really nothing pithy to say.

I prime with red in areas to be painted yellow. I found it gives the yellow a warm golden tone. Perfect for the chrome yellow ill need on the wings and tail.

Hmm. I've heard of using pink or gray, but not red. Have to try it.

Whether finished on time or not, just finish it. You can always post the final product in that other part of the site. Look forward to seeing it done.
