When you add the canopies last, how do you get them to look so well merged into the fuselage?

Pure luck.....

I try to make sure they dry-fit well through judicious sanding, and I use white glue to attach, wiping off the excess with a cotton bud.

I have one, but it's a pain to set up in my limited den space - as there's no free counter space, I have to set it up on the floor..... I'll take some over the weekend when I have a spare block of time.
