Having looked a the canopy even after a coat of clear it's so thick very little will be seen through it, so back to plan "A" and use the kit seats and save the resin seats for my next build when I plan to open the canopy or use a vac form canopy.

The wing tip decals are now on and will only need a slight touch up, the roundels now have their red spots and the under wing serials numbers have been added, all that's left is the boom, tail and nose markings to go on after I have touched up the sky on the booms and nose.

So I would class this as on short finals and will finish on time.

This has been one of my most enjoyable builds in a long time, the kit is plain and simple with a good parts fit and for a change, after the initial coat of sky from my air brush I reverted back to using a hairy stick (only because I was to lazy to mask the booms  )

If you plan to build this kit and I do recommend you do, the large nose makes it very easy to add wight so it's not a tail sitter.
