Can anyone direct me to the proper harnesses to use on a Sport Mk XII?

Sorry, David - I'm pulling out of this one. Totally lost interest in my build.

I'll transfer the Hurricane building for a while and see if I can find a Spitfire or two.

Re: Sign-up and Chat
Does anyone have a good way of making the Airfix Mk.1 canopy fit properly? It fits awfully on my kit.

Re: Sign-up and Chat
what is wrong with it BW, is it malformed? there isn't time to get a new one from Airfix at this stage.

Re: Sign-up and Chat
No, the canopy itself is fine, but it appears to be lifted slightly up at the front.
I wanted to ask on here as one of the main solutions would be cutting out the whole of the gunsight to let it fit.

Re: Sign-up and Chat
Could the gunsight be gently pushed down slightly to clear the canopy?
