The subject of this build is Wing Cdm Colin Gray's Spitfire Mk XIV in 1/48 using the HobbyCraft kit. Gray fought in every mark of spit starting in December of 1939 and ammassed 27.5 kills. He was highly sceptical of the claims of German pilots and felt their scores where greatly overblown.
