Thankfully it has gone together without a hitch, as I have been short of time to put any great effort into it:

With work, the nice weather and watching the World Cup I have been a bit lazy in finding time at the bench, however I have managed to get a coat of primer on, followed by Vallejo Model Air RLM 76 on the bottom and sides:

With no work today because it is raining, and England out of the World Cup means I have had time to get some more work done on this.

Using the new Humbrol Acrylics I have put the top camoflage of RLM 74 and RLM 75 on:

Next will be the mottling effect on the sides, and the yellow nose and tail.

Mottling completed:

I am quite pleased with how it turned out, I am finally getting to grips with my airbrush and its paint/pressure mixes.

The yellow has been painted and the decals are on and drying, I hope to get this finished today.

All finished:

I will try and get some better close up pictures in the daylight.

Although short on time I have really enjoyed putting this one together, it went together without a hitch and would make a good candidate for a Blitzbau subject.

I like the subtle mottling. Looks very good.

Very nice work. The base seems simple but this is a very good choice as it complements the model well.
Hoping to return to modelling sometime this year!!

Well done. It does make a brilliant little display on that base, and the paint scheme really pops.

Really well done!

The mottling is so soft for this kind of model. I love it.
