Slight glitch I have ordered decals from eBay but they have not turned up yet, so I might finish up at the finished but not deacaled stage.

That's a shame Splash as it's been an entertaining build!

As you can see it only needs a small amount of work followed by the decals.

My decals arrived, but guess what, the white "Royal Navy" decals are either to big or to small

I'm now seriously contemplating purchasing the "Rotorcraft" conversion set, just to get the extra decals  that come with the set, if I go for the HAS9 set it would allow me to finish this build and make another HAS9, but the markings are virtually the same :frown:

My other option is to get the HAS7 set, this comes with markings for seven a/c including a dayglow/blue set that would fit my HAS9 and allow me to build my other 3 Whirlwinds as naval birds all in different colours :-D

Until I sort out my decals this will say a DNF

Thanks for all your support I have really enjoyed this GB and I'm gutted to have two DNF's but that's life and both builds deserve to be finished when I get back from my holidays.

Thanks for the offer Paul but I'm thinking if I get the Rotocraft conversion I can use the nose to build a RAF HAR10 in the UN colours and use the decals to finish mine as the SAR a/c from HMS Seahawk RNAS Culdrose.
