I'm tempted to give it two more very thin coats.

A final thin coat of 209 and I'm happy with the colour.

Not wanting to risk tape on the Humbrol paint I have broken out the hairy stick to see what it will look like after a coat of blue.

Rule number one, always check before you paint :oops:

I was looking at the nose and suddenly realised that I had painted the blue to far forward :shock:

So a quick white prime and several coats of orange has got me to this stage.

One of the good things about spraying acrylics is the quick drying times, I cheat and use a hair drier to speed up the process and can lay down three coats in about 10 minutes.
