Hi, Two Done!...
Image
And the two Mil's together..
Image.
The 53 is hurtling itself towards the finish line, although as stated earlier I may have to cobble together the markings as the ones in the kit state 'MH-53E Sea Dragon' but there are two dozen 'US Army' markings!!. Seems more like missile decals to me, sort of like you would put on 16 Hellfires from an Apache!. Sorry about the picture quality, need a slightly more capable camera it seems!.

Have also rescued the Mil-26 from the loft. Now see what you've done Sir T!!.. :frown:

Brilliant finish Mark - looking forward to seeing the 53 done also - see my post in the sign up and chat thread.

Both those Hinds look great!

I've thoroughly enjoyed all three builds and have had my rotary interest boosted by this GB. Thanks Sir T, good idea and a nice GBL job. Of course, as I said before this is all your fault! :ha: . Not only have I rescued my nearly complete Mil-26 Halo (Revell/Zvezda) from the loft but the 53 has made me want to build more members of the H-53 family!.
Hoping to return to modelling sometime this year!!

Next to the Hinds that 53 is a BIG helicopter. Good work on all three.

That's a top effort, three models in one GB!! They all look great too! I especially like the -A...you don't see too many of them in captivity...
Please critique my posts honestly i.e. say what you think so I can learn and improve...

Brilliant well done for all three finishes as others have said that 53 is a big bird.

Thanks chaps, appreciate the feedback and glad people like them. You really do get a sense of bulk just picking up the 53!!. I have always wanted to do the A version with what is essentially a greenhouse front end!, despite the D/F layout being so good in appearance.
Thank you again, have also enjoyed seeing the other builds.

Think it's 'inspiration'!!! :ha:. Also considered doing the Mil-26 in UN markings but not sure about doing all that white!!. She will still press on once I find a work space big enough!!.
